GLENDALE, Calif. -- American Realty Advisors announced today the acquisition of 200 South Los Robles Avenue, a 130,818 square foot six story Class-A office building located in Pasadena, California, one of strongest office markets in the country. The property was acquired on behalf of one of American's pension fund clients.
