Mr. Mattioli had previously been appointed Senior Managing Partner of Motorsports & Entertainment of Tennessee. In these combined roles, he will be responsible for advising, leading and growing the Company's racetrack development, acquisition activities, and providing counsel to further American Racing Capital's strategic growth. Mr. Mattioli's career spans over 35 years in managing the development and operations of motorsports and entertainment facilities. Furthermore his expertise includes programming and marketing of special events for some of the nation's leading raceways.

Mr. Mattioli served as President and COO of Pocono International Raceway, where he engaged in public relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment. By its nature, public relations is devoted to serving particular interests by presenting them to the public in the most , sponsorship, marketing, concession operations, and facility management. Today, he continues to be a member of Pocono Raceway's Executive Committee and sits on their Board of Directors. During his long career in racetrack management, Mr. Mattioli has been associated with NASCAR-sanctioned racetracks and other racetracks that include Pocono International Raceway, South Boston Speedway South Boston Speedway or "SoBo" is a race track located in South Boston, Virginia, U.S.A.. SoBo is located approximately sixty miles east of another area familiar to most NASCAR fans, Martinsville. It is owned by Dr. Joe Mattioli III, who also controls Pocono Raceway. , the Music City Motorplex Music City Motorplex is a NASCAR Whelen All-American Series racetrack located at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds near downtown Nashville, Tennessee.
