American Quantum Cycles and Litton Enterprise Solutions Launch Strategic Partnership for Electronic Commerce.

MELBOURNE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 4, 1999--American Quantum Cycles (OTC BB:AMQC), Litton Enterprise Solutions Inc. (LES) and Electronic Trading Solutions, LLC (ETS) announced a major Strategic Initiative for providing e-commerce services to the motorcycle and other heavy manufacturing industries.

American Quantum Cycles is a new entrant into the heavy cruiser and touring motorcycle market segments with headquarters in Melbourne. Litton Enterprise Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Litton Industries (NYSE:LIT) and a provider of outsourcing, system integration, e-commerce solutions, Year 2000 services and complete ERP solutions. Electronic Trading Solutions, LLC is a privately held software company specializing in intelligent transaction management software.

"We are pleased to be able to play this leadership role for the motorcycle industry with a cutting edge partner such as Litton Enterprise Solutions," stated American Quantum's CEO, Rich Hagen. Barry Kallander, vice president of LES, stated, "We are very excited about our Partnership with American Quantum and the entry it gives us into the $8 billion motorcycle market and other related vehicular industries." LES acts as general manager of ETS.

American Quantum Cycles (AMQC) and Litton Enterprise Solutions have signed a letter of intent which covers a joint development partnership and a client-vendor relationship. The joint development partnership focuses on integrating American Quantum's DealerNet software with ETS's iTM technology. Quantum's DealerNet software is unique in the motorcycle industry and provides a graphical user interface by which a retail customer can design and configure their motorcycle and process an order over the Internet in real time. ETS's iTM technology provides an e-commerce solution that improves the management and overall effectiveness of a group's purchasing power and facilitates the immediate reduction of operational costs throughout the supply chain. The integration of DealerNet software and iTM e-commerce will extend intelligent e-commerce out to the retail/consumer level in an easy-to-use graphic format.

LES will provide system integration and intelligent e-commerce transaction management between three AMQC communities: American Quantm Corporate; American Quantum's network of vendors supplying parts and services to American Quantum Corporate; and directly to American Quantum's Dealers.

American Quantum Cycles is a new entrant into the worldwide motorcycle industry with state-of-the-art engine utilizing a patented four-valve head for greater torque and acceleration along with lower pollutant emissions.
