Net income for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 1994 was up slightly from the comparable quarter of 1993, primarily due to lower legal and litigation-related expenses. For the nine months ended Sept. 30, 1994 net income was down significantly from the comparable period in 1993, a result of the lower broker/dealer revenues." Shifrin continued, "Our affiliate, Prime Medical Services, Inc.
