) today announced that for the three months ended Sept. 30, 1994, revenues were $4,251,000 vs. $3,889,000 for the same period in 1993. Net income of $287,000, or $0.08 per share, for the third quarter of 1994 compared to net income of $268,000, or $0.07 per share, for the same quarter of 1993.

For the nine months ended Sept. 30, 1994, APS reported revenues of $12,115,000 vs. $12,843,000 for the same period in 1993. Net income of $568,000 or $.16 per share, for the nine months ended Sept. 30, 1994 compared to net income of $888,000 or $.24 per share, for the same period in 1993.

Ken Shifrin, chairman of the Board stated, "Increased deliveries at our medical data processing data processing or information processing, operations (e.g., handling, merging, sorting, and computing) performed upon data in accordance with strictly defined procedures, such as recording and summarizing the financial transactions of a  subsidiary helped push revenues ahead of the same quarter in 1993 and to their highest quarterly level this year.
