) (OTCBB:AAPH), is pleased to announce it has acquired the Brazos Brazos (brăz`əs), river, 870 mi (1,410 km) long (1,210 mi/1,947 km long with its main tributary), rising in E N.Mex. From its source it flows SE across Texas to enter the Gulf of Mexico at Freeport. The Brazos flows through a fertile farming area of N Texas, where cotton is produced in the irrigated river's valley. River Prospect, Texaco No.1A, located in Fisher and Kent Counties Texas.

The consideration paid by AAPH to Exor Oil Company Inc., Dallas, Texas, is 665,000 common (144) shares of AAPH with a deemed value of $300,000. AAPH has acquired a 100% working interest (75% NRI), Texaco Inc. retains an 18.75% ORRI ORRI - Orthorectified Radar Image
ORRI - Overriding Royalty Interest
 and 6.25% ORRI is retained by geologists.

The first prospect to be drilled on the Brazos River acreage will be the Petro Hunter Texaco Fisher No.1A in section 35, Texas Pacific Survey, Fisher County, Texas. The Petro Hunter Texaco Fisher No.1A will be drilled through the Noodle Creek Zone at 2,000 feet through the Canyon Creek Zone at 6,000 feet to the Ellenburger Formation at 6,800 to 7,200 feet.

Hydrocarbons in place per successful well location are estimated to be 280,000 barrels of oil and 250,000 MCF of natural gas from the Canyon Reef and 220,000 barrels of oil and 250,000 MCF of natural gas from the Ellenburger. If successful, there are 15 possible offsets which could contain 8 million barrels of oil with 7.2 billion cubic feet of natural gas. The prospect could have a value of $228,800,000 according to estimated reserve studies.
