) (AP&P) announced today that Barry L. Silberman, has been appointed VP of Marketing for the AMPAD Division of American Pad & Paper Company.

Mr. Silberman, 47, will assume overall responsibility for the AMPAD Division marketing plan, and will develop the strategies and tactics to achieve the Division's profit, revenue and market share goals. Mr. Silberman will report directly to James V James V, king of Scotland

He has also held vice president of marketing positions with Wellmark International, a division of Central Garden and Pet, Impact International, a division of ERO ERO European Radiocommunications Office
