Mr. Graber will manage the financial, accounting and investor relations activities for AMC (Advanced Mezzanine Card) See AdvancedTCA. . He has over thirty years of experience in high technology financial and operational management, including seven years in the semiconductor industry, ten years in the data storage industry and more recently ten years in the software and services industries.

According to Edward Tan, president of AMC, "James Graber brings a tremendous amount of industry experience to the table, which will be critical in the next several months as we enter the very fast moving high-speed Internet services business. In addition to the pricing and market decisions we need to make, we are also planning to position the company for going to the main NASDAQ market next year. James has been through this before and will be invaluable to the company in this regard "

His most recent position was with C*ATS Software, a NASDAQ listed company, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and played an active role in returning the company to profitability and its subsequent sale to Misys,plc.

Mr. Graber is a U.S. Navy veteran, and earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania (body, education) University of Pennsylvania - The home of ENIAC and Machiavelli.
