Level 3 Communications NASDAQ: LVLT is a communications and information services company headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado, USA. (Nasdaq:LVLT) to purchase bandwidth and co-locate its Network Operating Center (NOC) at the Level 3 facility in Sunnyvale, California. AMC is deploying its Network for delivering voice, video and data services direct to the PC or TV. Level 3 is building the first international network optimized for Internet Protocol technology.
