 BB:AMUT AMUT Advanced Manpack UHF Terminal ) announced that its Board of Directors has approved a plan to register the Company's Common Stock with the Securities & Exchange Commission and subsequently to list the Company's Common Stock for trading on the Nasdaq National market.

The company will seek to register the stock using SEC Form 10 and to complete the registration process and National Marketing listing in August 1999.

The Company also announced that it has engaged the law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and that the accounting firm of Grant Thornton will continue to serve as the Company's independent public accountants.
