See Board of directors.  declared a one-time special dividend of $1.40 per share to common shareholders of record as of November 30, 2006. The special distribution will be paid on January 15, 2007.

As previously disclosed, the purpose of the special dividend is to distribute the gain that AMAC earned from the sale of the Company's interest in ARCap Investors, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.
