American Millennium Corporation Reports Additional Purchases from General Motors Corporation.

American Millennium Corporation, Inc., (OTCBB: AMCI) reported today it has filled a purchase order from General Motors Corporation (NYSE: GM) for vehicle interface boards designed and manufactured for GM by AMCI.

AMCI is providing the GM Truck Group (GMTG) with Subscriber Communicators (SCs) for deployment in their fleet of test vehicles. The systems track vehicle location and communicate remotely with the vehicle's data bus utilizing the ORBCOMM Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite system and an Internet-based back-end software package. "GMTG ordered additional boards in order to upgrade remaining basic tracking-only systems, which they ordered from us in the past, to the current full-function systems," said AMCI Chief Technical Officer and Vice President of Engineering, Bruce R. Bacon.

AMCI announced earlier this year that GM had purchased a total of 62 systems for installation into certain test vehicles within GMTG. That GM division designs and manufactures vehicles such as the GMC Jimmy and Yukon, the Chevrolet Blazer, Tahoe, and Suburban, the Silverado and Sierra pickup trucks, along with small pickups, vans, utility vehicles and medium-duty trucks.

"These units allow GM not only to track and map a particular vehicle's location, but also the ability to remotely communicate with anything on the vehicle's data bus, all using only an Internet browser. This system provides the ability to remotely read items such as engine diagnostic trouble codes and to manipulate functions, including unlocking of vehicle doors and trunks, for example," said AMCI President and CEO Andrew F.
