:GM) Truck Group has placed a new order for 25 additional systems and satellite airtime for vehicle interface boards designed and manufactured for GMSkyNet(R) by AMCI.

Watwood stated: "This comes after an April announcement that engineering staff within GMTG Engineering received GM's 'Boss Kettering' Award, the top technical honor at GM globally, for their work on the GMSkyNet(R) project. AMCI developed the technology for the GMSkyNet(R) project's vehicle tracking and data communication system."

Watwood added, "The GMTG encompasses GM's lines of sport utility vehicles This page lists sports utility vehicles currently in production (as of April 2007), as well as past models. In addition to installations in the GMTG, it has recently been announced that GMSkyNet(R) has been added to the Specialty Vehicle Group and the Hummer program, with test vehicles now located in North America, Mexico and Colombia, South America.
