American Millennium Corporation Announces Funding of AMCi International.

GOLDEN, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 6, 2002

American Millennium Corporation, Inc. (OTCBB:AMCI) announced today the initial funding of its subsidiary, AMCi International, Inc., for the pursuit of its activities as the Vistar licensee for South America.

This funding provides AMCi International with the ability to acquire the satellite earth station equipment from Vistar Telecom for the provision of GlobalWave(TM) service in South America.

The earth station equipment is scheduled to be put into operation in late 2002, with full operation of the South America facility expected to be announced by the end of the first quarter of 2003.
