American Millennium Corporation, Inc. (OTCBB:AMCI), announced today that Ronald J. Grajewski and Marek Kupczyk, GM Truck Group Engineering, Pontiac, MI, have been selected to receive GM's "Boss Kettering" Award, the top technical honor at General Motors Corporation (NYSE:GM), for their work on the GM SkyNet project.

AMCI developed the technology for the project's vehicle tracking and data communication system, announcing on January 30, 2001, the production release of the second phase of GM SkyNet.

"GM's Boss Kettering (BK) Award Program was established 25 years ago to recognize individuals from every region of the globe who have developed truly outstanding inventions, or innovations that have provided identifiable and substantial benefit to General Motors," according to an official GM release. "The BK Award continues to recognize documented technical enablers for business practices as well as `industry firsts' or innovations which provide notable leaps in technology or process. In addition to new vehicle features, innovations may include documented processes used in vehicle development, manufacturing or delivery systems."

The GM release stated that the BK Award was presented to Grajewski and Kupczyk for: "GM SkyNet: Satellite-Based Vehicle Data Acquisition System -- The auto industry's first low earth orbit, satellite-based vehicle tracking and data acquisition system. GM SkyNet enables real time or accumulated vehicle development data access, on a global basis."

Andrew F.
