) announced today that its South American Joint Venture Partner, Brazil Wireless Systems Ltd. (BrasilWS) has signed a Distribution Agreement with Eagle Wireless International (Nasdaq OTCBB: EGLW) to distribute the Eagle Wireless WebFlyer(TM) and IP Express(TM) Set Top Boxes in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Paraguay. WebFlyer(TM) and IP Express(TM) are low cost Internet connection devices compatible with AMCI's satellite data delivery technology.

Stephen Watwood, AMCI Vice-President of Business Development stated: &uot;AMCI became a reseller for Eagle Wireless in November of 1999. Eagle Wireless has proven to be a leader in two-way paging and messaging technology that falls within our business plans as they relate to our wireless satellite data communications data communications, application of telecommunications technology to the problem of transmitting data, especially to, from, or between computers. In popular usage, it is said that data communications make it possible for one computer to "talk" with another.  using both Orbcomm and American Mobile Satellite systems.&uot;
