(BrasilWS) has signed a Distribution Agreement with Eagle Wireless International (Nasdaq OTCBB: EGLW) to distribute the Eagle Wireless WebFlyer(TM) and IP Express(TM) Set Top Boxes in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Paraguay. WebFlyer(TM) and IP Express(TM) are low cost Internet connection devices compatible with AMCI's satellite data delivery technology.
