American Millennium Corporation, Inc. To Track Contaminated Waste Shipments for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

American Millennium Corporation, Inc. (AMCI)(OTCBB: AMCI) reported today that it will provide airtime to Findlay, Ohio-based Radio Hospital, Inc. for monitoring contaminated waste shipments for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The agreement calls for a total of 176 Subscriber Communicators (SC) owned by I.T. Corporation to be upgraded and reprogrammed with AMCI technology by Radio Hospital.

I.T. Corporation is under contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to conduct remediation work in connection with the transporting of contaminated soil by rail to final disposal sites. At the point of shipment origination, the AMCI SC tracking units will be attached to the rail cars containing the waste. Then, after monitoring the shipment to its destination, the units will be detached and returned to the origination point for reinstallation on new shipment containers.

According to the Company, this airtime order falls on the heels of 26 SC units ordered by Radio Hospital for performance of the same function. Radio Hospital, a Motorola dealer, has been in business for 72 years. It is presently a communications contractor for I.T. Corporation with regard to this current U. S. Army Corps of Engineers initiative underway on contaminated waste disposal.

AMCI Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering Bruce Bacon noted that 24 of the SC units were to be activated now, with another 100+ to be activated this Spring. "The entire emphasis of this order is to ensure that these shipments of contaminated waste reach the prescribed destination having been continuously monitored over the world wide web via a secure AMCI website accessible to the remediation contractor," Bacon stated.

"Our previous order for 50 SC units with General Motors Corporation was certainly gratifying as to proof of concept with satellite-based monitoring.
