American Millennium Corporation, Inc. Announces Sale of SatAlarm-Sentry Systems to Hanover Compressor Company.

American Millennium Corporation, Inc. (OTCBB: AMCI) announced today that Hanover Compressor Company, Western Division, has issued an initial purchase order to AMCI for 600 SatAlarm-Sentry(TM) systems for compressor monitoring.

We currently have numerous SatAlarm-Sentry(TM) systems installed on our compressor locations throughout the Western Division. For Hanover's valued customers, DataTech(TM) offers integrated services: field and unit data recovery, data monitoring, data management, and data analysis. We can now take raw data and increase its value by converting it into active information on a global basis. Ashmore is responsible for management of information technology and field information systems for the Western Division of Hanover Compression. The Hanover Western Division includes the western area of Texas, to California, and north to Canada.

According to AMCi sources, the SatAlarm-Sentry(TM) is a satellite-based callout system designed for the oil and gas industry. The SatAlarm-Sentry(TM) can be temporarily attached to the equipment magnetically or mounted permanently. In either case, there is no wiring of any kind, permitting easy installation. Alarm notifications can be customer-configured for equipment shutdowns and/or startups. Data log files of the operating state of the equipment are easily accessed for viewing and downloading by the customer on AMCi's secure SatAlarm(TM) website.
