American Millennium Announces Disposition of Sat-Trac Application Software.

Business Editors

GOLDEN, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 23, 2002

American Millennium Corporation, Inc. (OTCBB OTCBB

See OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB).
:AMCI AMCI Advanced Micro Controls Inc.
AMCI Automotive Marketing Consultants, Inc.
AMCI Air Mobility Command Instruction
AMCI Associazione Italiana Medici Cattolici (Italian Association of Catholic Physicians)
) announced today that it has structured an agreement for the disposition of its Sat-Trac application software. That disposition is subject to events that have not yet occurred including financial arrangements and so cannot be considered to be a completed transaction. AMCi will provide further information as to the final disposition of the Sat-Trac software including the acquiring party at the appropriate time.

The Sat-Trac backend application software provides a method for receiving, polling and archiving information on the location and activities of mobile assets and was acquired by AMCi to augment AMCi's own internally developed backend application software, SatAlarm. With the current acceptance of the SatAlarm software by AMCi's customers, the Sat-Trac software has become redundant and it was deemed prudent to find a potentially better use for the program with the opportunity for long-term royalties. Its disposition will also reduce support costs for AMCi and allow all of the company's software resources to be focused on the SatAlarm program.
