American Millennium Corporation, Inc. (OTCBB:AMCI) announced today that it has appointed CC Technology, Inc. (CCT), Technical Sales, Inc. (TSI) and Twin Cities Technologies, Inc. (TCT) as distributors for the United States for its SatAlarm-Sentry product line.

AMCi has been working with these companies for a number of months in order to set up an indirect distribution channel for its products and is pleased to be able to announce that agreements are now in place that allow our customers to be able to go directly to experienced oil and gas industry firms for delivery and support.

According to Steve Watwood, VP Sales for AMCi, these companies have already obtained substantial experience in the operation, sales and support of the AMCi technology. "We expect them to hit the ground running and to have a material impact on sales of AMCi products over the next several months," stated Mr. Watwood.

The SatAlarm products provide access to data about remote high-value assets in the oil and gas industry using satellite technology and AMCi's proprietary SatAlarm Server software. Owner/operators of such assets, primarily gas compressors, need to know the operational status of those assets, which is often difficult when they are located in remote, hard-to-reach sites. The SatAlarm-Sentry unit collects data from the remote compressor and forwards it through the Vistar Datacom GlobalWave(TM) satellite system and AMCi's SatAlarm Server to the owner/operator. Alarms can be delivered by pager, cellular phone, PDA or web browser. Access to AMCi's web servers where the data is archived is accomplished simply with a web browser.
