American Medical Technologies Enters into License Agreement with Danville Materials.

:ADLI) announced today that effective October 1, 2004 the company has entered into a Non-Exclusive License Agreement with Danville Materials, Inc., a worldwide manufacturer of dental equipment and ancillary products.

Specifically, the Agreement gives licensing permission for Danville to produce dental devices (PrepStart(TM)) utilizing AMT's patented air abrasion abrasion /abra·sion/ (ah-bra´zhun)
1. a rubbing or scraping off through unusual or abnormal action; see also planing.

2. a rubbed or scraped area on skin or mucous membrane.
 and Hydrobrasion(TM) technologies. Danville is a highly respected company in the dental products market that manufactures and markets well-known, brand-name products with a reputation for innovation and excellence.
