American Medical Technologies Enters into License Agreement With KaVo.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas -- American Medical Technologies, Inc. ("AMT") (OTCBB:ADLI) announced today that effective January 1, 2005 the company has entered into a Non-Exclusive License Agreement with KaVo Dental GmbH, a worldwide manufacturer of dental equipment and ancillary products. KaVo was recently purchased by Danaher Corporation (NYSE:DHR).

Specifically, the Agreement gives licensing permission for KaVo to produce dental devices (the RONDOflex(TM), the RONDOflex Plus) utilizing AMT's patented air abrasion and Hydrobrasion(TM) technologies. KaVo is a highly respected, industry-leader in the dental products market that manufactures and markets well-known, brand-name products with a reputation for innovation and excellence.
