Specifically, the Agreement gives licensing permission for KaVo to produce dental devices (the RONDOflex(TM), the RONDOflex Plus) utilizing AMT's patented air abrasion and Hydrobrasion(TM) technologies. KaVo is a highly respected, industry-leader in the dental products market that manufactures and markets well-known, brand-name products with a reputation for innovation and excellence.
