) today announced the appointment of Eli S. Feldman to its Board of Directors.

Feldman holds a BS, Cum Laude, in Business Administration from C.W. Post College of Long Island University, and an MBA in Hospital Administration from Wagner College. He served on Governor Cuomo's Task Force on Long Term Care Reform and The Governor's Health Care Advisory Board; and was also a member of the New York State Senate's Council of Health Care Financing, Committee on Long Term Care. He is a past Chairman of the Board of the New York Associations of Homes and Services for the Aging; is presently on the Board of Directors of the National Chronic Care Consortium and the Board of Directors of the League of Voluntary Hospitals; and a past Board member of Greater New York Hospital Association. He is currently President of Solomon Schechter Day School of Greater Monmouth County.

Feldman has lectured and written extensively on various subjects critical to issues in chronic and long term care, and participates in a variety of invitational conferences dealing with eldercare managed care issues. He is a Diplomate dip·lo·mate
