This Saturday, July 26 at 10 a.m., the American Market will host a special public cooking demonstration featuring Chef Wolfgang Birk, Executive Chef of Gaylord National Resort's Old Hickory Hickory, city, United States Hickory, city (1990 pop. 28,301), Burke and Catawba counties, W N.C., at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mts.; inc. 1870. Chef Birk will prepare two culinary creations made with the fresh produce and goods available from local farmers showcased at the American Market.
