Mr. Cronin, 59, has been the Company's Corporate Controller since September 2005. . Mr. Cronin also served in multiple financial-related capacities, most recently as Regional Controller, for Metals USA Building Products, L.P., a division of Metals USA, Inc. (Nasdaq:MUSA) based in Mesquite, Texas Mesquite is a suburb of Dallas located in Dallas County and Kaufman County, Texas (USA). The city had a total population of 124,523 in the 2000 census which increased to 129,902 in the 2005 census estimate.  and a premium provider of metal building products for the home and commercial building industry.
