The first ALICO and Business1-MCO international office product installation is in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, with potential installations planned for other international ALICO operations.

According to the agreement, ALICO will use Per-Se's Business1-MCO application to customize managed care services such as claims adjudication, medical management, credentialing, and provider and member services to its international offices. Business1-MCO's management of health claims processing will complement ALICO's other insurance processing applications.
