American Leisure Holdings, Inc. Signs Option to Acquire HTS Holdings, Inc.

American Leisure Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: FWPC), American Leisure Holdings ("ALH") has secured an option to acquire a controlling interest in HTS Holdings, Inc. ("HTS").

HTS is the parent to Hickory Travel Systems, Inc., HTS International, Custom Travel Systems, Hickory Incentives, Hickory International Rates and Tariffs, Select Vacations, Select Cruise Vacations, and World Key. Founded in 1976 as an international buying consortium, HTS now has more than 160 member travel agencies, representing approximately 3,000 locations worldwide with over $17 billion in travel buying volume (i.e. airline ticketing, car rentals, cruises and hotel/resorts, etc.). Agency owners join Hickory to take advantage of its 24-hour reservation services, international rate desk, discount hotel programs, preferred supplier discounts/commission enhancement programs, marketing services, training, consultation, professional services, automation and an information exchange with other members. This gives member agencies the economies of scale required to remain economically viable in today's multi-faceted travel environment.

- Allow ALH to have access to Hickory's member base to sell its leisure and travel products to, thus improving the profitability of Hickory's members and getting ALH's product base in front of millions of families worldwide.

- Allow ALH to sell its hotel/resort inventory to a substantial user base via Hickory's Intranet and desktop programs.

- Allow ALH's travel clubs to realize significant savings on their travel buying due to the increased buying power generated by affiliation with Hickory. As the membership base of the ALH travel clubs grows to numbers projected to exceed 1.8 million members over the next five years, the existing preferred relationships and purchasing discounts already established by HTS are expected to increase the ALH travel clubs' profit margins, resulting in additional profits for ALH group companies.

- Allow ALH to review the current buying of Hickory's members with a view of centralizing the buying power through Hickory to increase profit margins and negotiating additional discounts for Hickory and its member base.
