American Leisure Holdings, Inc. Receives a Six Million Dollar Financing Facility for Its Subsidiary, Sunstone Golf Resort, Inc.

On March 31, 2003, the American Leisure Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:AMLH) subsidiary, Sunstone Golf Resort, Inc. refinanced its resort development in Orlando, Florida with a six million dollar Secured Financing Facility.

"American Leisure Holdings represents the culmination of a vision I have had for years," said Malcolm Wright, President of AMLH. "As we continue to execute our corporate strategy within our group of companies, this new facility will allow us to continue to move forward with the development of our Orlando vacation destination resort. The project has been refinanced at a substantially lower interest rate than the loans we have had since we purchased the land in 2000. The development is less than ten minutes from Disney World, and is particularly well suited for an upscale vacation destination resort. Our new site plan pays particular attention to superior amenities such as pool complexes, gardens, fountains, additional vacation home amenities and clubhouse and conference facilities designed in a "Mediterranean Village" motif."

Wright continues, "Our emphasis on superior resort amenities for Sunstone will distinguish the project from other vacation rental projects in the area. With this in mind, we believe this will generate significant added value for our prospective owners by creating a "resort hotel" environment. Sunstone will be marketed as a vacation destination resort and "flagged" with a major hotel brand that has an international reservation system. This will give Sunstone a competitive advantage in marketing the income potential of our vacation homes, and will give prospective homebuyers additional confidence that their units will be occupied at a higher occupancy rate than those of our competitors. We anticipate starting presales during the summer of 2003 with the first units being delivered in the summer of 2004.
