:AMLH), a fully integrated travel services distribution company on a cutting-edge web platform, announced today that it has successfully closed on a new $6,000,000 credit facility from Stanford Venture Capital Holdings, Inc.("Stanford").

The credit facility is secured by way of assets and stock holdings of certain of AMLH's subsidiary companies along with the issuance of warrants being provided to Stanford. The new investment will be used to support the Company's growth strategy, which entails the implementation of new technologies that will advance the integrated travel services distribution company to the forefront of the e-commerce world.
