American Leisure Engages Premier Resort Operator; ``Sonesta Orlando at Tierra Del Sol Resort''.

SADDLE BROOK, N.J. -- American Leisure Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:AMLH), a multi-faceted Stanford Portfolio company with divisions dedicated to travel management, travel distribution, cutting edge communications distribution and travel destination resort development, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Sonesta International Hotels Corporation, a Boston based operator of upscale hotels, to manage the new Sonesta Orlando at Tierra del Sol Resort, to be located 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, a short distance from the junction of Interstate Highway 4 and U.S. Highway 27. The Operating Agreement was signed with the American Leisure's Resort Assets management subsidiary, American Leisure Hospitality Group, Inc. of Orlando, Florida ("American Leisure Hospitality").

Groundbreaking for the resort will take place on February 16th and Phase I is expected to open in the Summer of 2006. The Resort will feature a unit mixture of 972 two, three and four bedroom luxury vacation homes built on over 122 rolling acres. The domestic and international markets have already embraced this destination resort as 625 vacation homes have already been pre-sold for over $200 million dollars. The Resort boasts the highest elevation in the area permitting unparalleled views of the theme park and the Orlando skylines. Sonesta Orlando at Tierra del Sol Resort will be among the first vacation home destinations in the nation to provide its owners and guests with a Comtech Fiber Network - http://www.comtechfiber.net - enabling ultra high speed wired and wireless internet access for IP communication for voice, data and video entertainment. Part of the excitement at the Resort will be the magnificent $43,000,000 amenity package including a 100,000 square foot Clubhouse with concierge, casual and fine dining restaurants, private theater, shops, a world-class spa & fitness center. A large-scale Water Park that will feature a lazy river, rapid river, water slides, wave pool, several swimming pools, a "flowrider" for the teens of all ages, one of the world's largest multilevel children's interactive water parks, waterfalls and plenty of sun terraces.

The Resort is being developed by the Vacation Homes Division of American Leisure Holdings. This division is intended to interact synergistically with its Travel Division which, by the recent inclusion of TraveLeaders by way of an asset purchase in December 2004, and its ownership in Hickory Travel Systems, Inc., is poised to market high value travel packages on a web based platform to domestic and international business and consumer markets.

The Sonesta Orlando at Tierra del Sol Resort is Sonesta's fourth Florida property, with the other three in the Miami area, specifically Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove and Sunny Isles Beach. Recently, Sonesta announced plans for a major renovation to the Sonesta Beach Resort Key Biscayne to take place over the next 3 - 4 years.
