(AIG), today announced a multi-year mainframe outsourcing services agreement with Horizon Services Group, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Horizon Lines, LLC.

Under the terms of the agreement, AIG Technologies (AIGT) will provide complete OS/390 mainframe processing services, complementary network support and managed server hosting for Horizon Services Group (HSG). Based on a "pay according to use" computing model, the agreement calls for the migration and consolidation of HSG's current operating environment to AIGT's Livingston, NJ data center, as well as on-going management of the company's back-office operations.
