CNQ Club Neon Quebec (Quebec Neon Club) :AIKI.U) announces that the Company has entered into a two-year financial consulting agreement ("Agreement") with HDM HDM - SPECIAL Capital Inc. ("Consultant") of Vancouver, B.C. Pursuant to the Agreement, the Consultant will provide general financial advisory services advisory services advisory services provided to the public, in their capacity as owners and managers of animals, are an important part of veterinary science. They may be provided by government bureaux, by commercial companies who deal in pharmaceuticals or animals or animal to the Company and is being granted an option to acquire one million (1,000,000) shares in the Company's common stock at an exercise price of $0.05 per share. The exercise price of the share purchase warrants is being reduced from $US 0.15 per share to $US 0.10 per share.
