AIP will be adding its Physics Today Career Network to the Engineering and Science Career Network, creating the largest collaboration of association job boards in engineering and science. The AIP has networked with several of its member societies and other society partners to create a specialty career network for job seekers and recruiters. Current Physics Today Career Network members are the American Association of Physics Teachers The American Association of Physics Teachers was founded in 1930 for the purpose of "dissemination of knowledge of physics, particularly by way of teaching."[1] There are more than 10,000 members that reside in over 30 countries. , American Physical Society The American Physical Society was founded in 1899 and is the world's second largest organization of physicists. The Society publishes more than a dozen science journals, including the world renowned Physical Review and Physical Review Letters, and organizes more than twenty science , AVS (Audio Video Coding Standard) A video compression technique developed by Chinese companies and supported by the Chinese government. "AIP has been providing employment opportunities for more for 59 years," said Randolph Nanna, publisher of Physics Today and the Physics Today Career Network. "It makes sense that we join forces with the Engineering and Science Career Network to make it easy for recruiters in our industry to find the members of our societies, since professionals who invest in their careers make the most qualified candidates."

The Network includes leading engineering and science societies such as the American Society of Civil Engineers “ASCE” redirects here. For the Nigerian stock exchange, see Abuja Securities and Commodities Exchange.

Boxwood has also created several other career networks such as: National Healthcare Career Network, Diversity Talent Network and Marketing Career Network.

"AIP brings a strong coalition of science societies to the Engineering and Science Career Network," Bell said. "They will add significant numbers of qualified candidates to the talent pool, making the Network's job boards even more attractive to engineering and science recruiters."

AIP supports ten Member Societies with over 125,000 individual members worldwide and provides a spectrum of services and programs devoted to advancing physics-related sciences and engineering. A pioneer in digital publishing, AIP is also one of the world's largest publishers of physics journals and produces the publications of more than 25 scientific and engineering societies through its New York-based publishing division.

About the Engineering and Science Career Network

The Engineering and Science Career Network (ESCN ESCN Early South Carolina Newspapers ) brings together engineering and science audiences and connects them through a single network. The ESCN aligns engineering and science societies - asking each one to become involved - owning and participating together to create a network of linked professional membership organizations to provide job placement, career development and advancement opportunities to science and engineering professionals. The ESCN was formed as an initiative to promote engineering and science societies as the preferred resource for finding industry talent.
