He is a two-term AIA national vice president, a former AIA regional director, and a former AIA San Francisco and AIA California Council president. Representing architects, Stewart has worked closely with allied organizations such as the American Institute of Architecture Students The American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) is an international organization for college-level students of architecture.
