American India Foundation To Honor Aethlon Medical CEO.

SAN DIEGO -- Aethlon Medical, Inc. (OTCBB:AEMD), a pioneer in developing medical devices to treat infectious disease, disclosed today that its Chairman and CEO, James A. Joyce, will be presented the "Spirit of India" award at the America India Foundation (AIF) annual gala on December 1, 2007. The event, sponsored by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, honors American business leaders who have demonstrated a commitment to accelerating social and economic change in India. This year's event, which is being held on World AIDS Day, places an increased emphasis on recognizing those working in the HIV-AIDS field. "I am truly honored to receive the AIF Spirit of India award," stated Mr. Joyce. "It reflects the dedication of our team at Aethlon Medical and the support provided by shareholders who share our vision for treating infectious disease," concluded Joyce. The AIF "Spirit of India" award is presented to two recipients each year. Ronald A. Rittenmeyer, the President and CEO of EDS has been named this year's other honoree.
