LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 5, 2000 American Imaging, Inc., now known as SeaEscape Entertainment, Inc. (NQB NQB National Quotation Bureau, Inc (now Pink Sheets) :AMIG AMIG American Modern Insurance Group ) announced today that its new trading symbol Trading symbol See: Ticker symbol will be "SEPI SEPI Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales (Spain) SEPI Society for the Exploration of Psychotherapy Integration SEPI Society of Energy Professionals International ," as of the open of trading today. The Company's name was changed to SeaEscape Entertainment, Inc., as of June 12, 2000, in anticipation of the acquisition of the SeaEscape operations. Following the completion of that transaction, which is expected to occur in the next few weeks, SeaEscape's current ownership and management will be the Company's controlling shareholders and will continue to operate the business, with American Imaging's management stepping down. The Company also announced that the CUSIP number CUSIP Number An identification number assigned to all stocks and registered bonds. The Committee on Uniform Securities Identification Procedures (CUSIP) oversees the entire CUSIP system.
