WHO:   American Idol Judge Randy Jackson, the Bottlers of Coca-Cola,
       The Salvation Army and CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., one
       of the top five owners and managers of shopping centers in the
       country and the largest in the Southeast.

WHAT:  American Idol Judge Randy Jackson will serve as celebrity
       to kickoff the "Clothes for Kids" campaign at more than 60
       regional malls owned by CBL & Associates Properties in 27
       states throughout the country.  The 16-day campaign will
       collect new Back-to-School clothing for thousands of less
       fortunate children.

WHEN:  FRIDAY, JULY 16, 2004
       10:00 A.M.

WHERE: Arbor Place Mall, near Atlanta, GA
       6700 Douglas Boulevard, Douglasville, GA
       NOTE: Douglasville, GA is minutes from downtown Atlanta by
             taking I-20 West, Exit 36 (Chapel Hill Exit)

WHY:   Going back to school should be an exciting time of year for
       children, but every year tens of thousands of less fortunate
       kids face ridicule by other students and are made to feel like
       they don't fit in because of their clothing. The 16-day
       "Clothes for Kids" campaign (July 16 - July 31) will collect
       necessary shirts, pants, shoes, etc. for less fortunate
       children for their use during the upcoming 2004-2005 school
       year.
