American Identity, Kansas City, Mo., appoints Bill Fetter as senior vice president of sales and marketing. Fetter comes to American Identity from Sprint PCS, where he was senior director of national retail distribution and responsible for retail business relationships and the development of marketing programs associated with their national sales offers.
