American IDC to Deploy BIT Technology in the Philippines.

HOLLYWOOD -- American IDC Corporation (OTC:ACNI:PK) ACNI CEO, Gordon Lee, announced an agreement has been signed to deploy its proprietary Broadcast Internet Television (BIT) technology in the Philippines.

The agreement was signed last week between RZI Entertainment, Inc., (www.RZIEntertainment.com) a leading provider of high-speed wireless roaming services, CMC di Ravenna (Asia), Inc. a subsidiary of the largest construction co-operative in Europe and American IDC Corporation.

American IDC will contribute the use of its "Digital Network in a Rack" technology for which it holds licensing rights as well as licenses for music and music videos, and access to its library of current Hollywood hits and Hollywood classic movies, television programs, cartoons, etc.

RZI will enable American IDC's Broadcast Internet Television to be seen through its Wireless HotSpots where everyone will use their current computers, PDA's and (TV) monitors to access broadband Internet television.

CMC di Ravenna (Asia), Inc. will provide consulting and establish the foundation necessary for ACNI/RZI to deliver Wireless BIT technology products to the Philippines.
