American IDC begins joint venture with leading Wi-Fi network provider.

American IDC Corp (ACNI:PK) which holds an exclusive license with ETV Inc., has agreed to a joint venture with RoamZone.us, a leading provider of high-speed wireless roaming services. This will enable AmericanIDC to deliver its classic Hollywood movies over RoamZone's networks to thousands of hot spots around the world, bundled with their existing services.

According to Gordon Lee, CEO, "This new venture will give a dynamic expansion of our global plan to bring our Hollywood movie content to millions of viewers around the globe, as RoamZone bundles its services to provide Internet TV, video, and music down-loading daily with ad insertion for additional revenue for all parties.

American IDC is already in negotiation to exchange content with China, Australia, Africa and Mexico through our exclusive Digital Network in a Rack technology. RoamZone's high-speed wireless WI-FI network solidifies our end-to-end solution combining the latest in digital delivery technology with the universal appeal of Hollywood classic movie content delivered direct to the consumer on a Wi-Fi basis over a "last mile."
