 and payment processing fields.

With the merger, ACNI inherits the rights to all the "YourTeller" products. This is a fully developed, operational and truly international payment processing platform for efficiently processing payments via the Internet in combination with both a virtual and physical universal acceptance card issued under the MasterCard brand name. While an individual typically opens the "YourTeller" Account, it is also merchant driven in the context that the product is marketed primarily through select merchants. These specifically profiled merchants generally have recurring sales or payments to and from the same individuals, members, or agents.

The "YourTeller" solution provides individuals with an unlimited online banking experience, which is dramatically enhanced by the use of the accounts' linked Debit MasterCards. The individuals may fund their "YourTeller" Account via a cash advance from any credit card, by wire transfer, Western Union, ATM, or check. The "YourTeller" Account holder may then purchase goods and services In economics, economic output is divided into physical goods and intangible services. Consumption of goods and services is assumed to produce utility (unless the "good" is a "bad"). It is often used when referring to a Goods and Services Tax.  anywhere a MasterCard is accepted. In addition, the Debit MasterCard can be used to draw cash from any of the more than 1,500,000 ATM locations on all seven continents that feature the Maestro or Cirrus logos.

As part of the transaction, CreditCard Services sal (CSC (Card Security Code) A three- or four-digit number printed on the back of credit cards for security purposes. Called "Card Verification Value" (CVV) by Visa, "Card Validation Code" (CVC) by MasterCard and "Card Identification (CID) by American Express and Discover, ), an international financial institution, will initially acquire approximately 8% in ACNI for equipment, services and other valuable considerations. CSC holds substantial deposit accounts for individuals and companies and has relationships with more than 50 of the world's largest banks. In 2001, CSC provided credit card-related services, including ATM management, for 27 banks and processed more than 7 million transactions.

"CSC provides the processing services for all the `YourTeller' products, and their investment is an indication of their belief in the `YourTeller' solutions and their commitment to the success of the product," stated Lee.

The "YourTeller" solution has numerous vertical market applications including, for example, the multilevel mul·ti·lev·el

marketing conglomerates of today, where a truly international bank account with a Debit MasterCard allows automated payments between a head office and its thousands of agents worldwide, and provides those same agents access to their funds immediately, through a real-time transaction system.

The "YourTeller" solution is an "open loop," unlike many "closed loop systems," which convert a transaction into some form of e-cash that is of little use in the real world. The universal acceptance of MasterCard allows account holders to spend their money freely without having to reconvert re·con·vert

the funds. Thus, the more than 24 million merchants in 210 countries around the world that accept MasterCard obviously accept the "YourTeller" card as well.

"When we first looked to develop the product over a year ago, we wanted to ensure that we were in full compliance with the VISA/MasterCard association rules and regulations," stated Rob Newson, President of YourTeller.com, Inc. "Too many solutions that are marketed today look to disguise the true nature of the transaction by use of various e-cash payment conversion systems; thus, for very good reason, the associations frown on this type of cloaking. It is essential that transactions be coded correctly for the protection of all concerned."

The "YourTeller" Account is marketed under the logo: YourTeller.com. The "YourTeller" Account may be viewed at: www.YourTeller.com.
