American IDC Corp. Announces Advanced Music Download Software for HotRazor.com.

HOLLYWOOD -- American IDC Corp. (OTC:ACNI:PK) is excited to announce an agreement to license DRM World's exclusive digital rights management (DRM) software for its online music company, HotRazor.com. Digital Rights Management is the key to making higher level content readily available for purchase over the Internet. The software, developed by Mario Ghecea and Larry O'Donnell of DRM World, will enable HotRazor.com to download its own music and other music content from around the world.

HotRazor.com's development began in the fourth quarter of 2003 and is expected to be introduced in August, 2004 as an exciting new music download website developed specifically to provide an outlet for independent artists to market, promote, and upload their music to sell to public consumers across the globe. It will also provide Internet radio streaming of its unsigned artists in various genre formats.
