American Hospital Resources Completes Merger with New Horizon Education Inc.

American Hospital Resources (OTCBB:AMHR) announced the completion of the merger with New Horizon Education Inc.

American Hospital Resources is the surviving entity and effective today the trading symbol has changed from NHZN to AMHR with the new CUSIP# 026687103. The Definitive 14C was filed with the SEC on June 17 and can be found on the EDGAR database. Shareholders of record as of June 5, 2002 will be mailed a copy of the 14C directly.

Now that the merger is complete, AMHR can move toward finalizing acquisitions and joint venture relationships currently underway.

AMHR's crisis management contract with Parkview Community Hospital has showcased the abilities of AMHR's management team. The contract is now successfully completed and AMHR has received complements on a job well done by the management and board of Parkview Community Hospital.
