Wissing, president and chief executive officer of American HomePatient, Inc., (Nasdaq: AHOM) today announced the signing of a joint venture between American HomePatient and HomeCare Resources, Inc., an affiliate of Baptist Healthcare System of South Carolina South Carolina, state of the SE United States.
