American HomePatient announces joint venture with Columbia/HCA in Central Virginia.FRANKLIN, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 3, 1995--Edward K. Wissing, President and Chief Executive Officer of American HomePatient (Nasdaq:AHOM) today announced the signing of a joint venture arrangement with Columbia/HCA to provide home care services and equipment in Central Virginia including Richmond.
