(Nasdaq: AHOM) today announced that effective immediately Joseph F. Furlong furlong: see English units of measurement., a member of the board of directors since 1994, will assume the position of president and chief executive officer for the company. The company was unable to reach agreement with Malcolm MacKenzie, former president and chief executive officer, on the terms of an employment agreement.
