Confusion has arisen recently due to the use of abbreviated names when referring to AHM. Specifically, AHM has been frequently referred to as "American Home." So as to avoid further public confusion and concern; American Home Bank, N.A. requests that the media use the full name of American Home Mortgage Investment Company when referring to that organization and its recent bankruptcy.
