American Health Systems Inc. Announces Stock Purchase Agreement to Purchase HMO.


IRVINE, Calif.--(BW HealthWire)--Feb. 9, 1999--American Health Systems Inc. announces it has signed a Stock Purchase Agreement as of Dec. 2, 1998, and is awaiting Department of Corporation approval to purchase Greater Pacific Health Plan, a five-county HMO HMO health maintenance organization.
