American Health Properties Inc. announces resignation of Victor C. Streufert.


DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 2, 1995--American Health Properties Wednesday announced that Victor C. Streufert, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has indicated his intent to resign effective August 11, 1995 in order to accept a position as chief financial officer of the Pyxis Corporation, a publicly held healthcare service company.

Joseph P. Sullivan, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated: "We extend our best wishes to Vic in his new responsibilities. He has been with the Company since 1989 and has played an important role in many of our critical transactions.
