The imminent release of the building permit for the new LPS soil blending plant in Homestead, Fla. has compelled Mr. Deckinger to concentrate most of his attention and efforts on the construction of the new plant and subsequent move into the new plant.

Mr. Claire will now be handling the day-to-day affairs of American Group. Inc.

"Bob Claire is thoroughly familiar with American Group, having assisted us through the past two years of growth with American Group and the previous six years with LPS," stated Eric Deckinger, LPS President. "His proven insight, direction, and ability to consistently move the company forward will prove invaluable in allowing us to achieve and surpass our goals."

"I am joining American Group for several reasons," said Claire. "The company has enormous market potential, a strong management team, and is building a top notch and highly competitive organization."

LPS currently has a loyal customer base of more than 300 commercial nurseries, mainly located in and around the Homestead region. The new plant will make LPS the only soil blending facility in the neighborhood. Operating from the new plant also gives the Company geographic advantages as it places itself within 20 minutes of 70% of its customer base, thus reducing distribution costs.

When the new plant is completed, it will significantly increase the Company's production capacity to serve the horticulture industry. Photos of the new facility are available online at:

This increased efficiency, ongoing commitment to quality, stable pricing, and ability to produce large quantities will be the determining factors for an impressive customer growth and burgeoning market share.
