to American Golf Corp.'s More Than 320 U.S. and U.K. Golf Courses,

Where Approximately 14 Million Annual Rounds of Golf Are Played

Leading golf operator American Golf has announced that it has entered into a letter of intent in which Book4golf.com Corp. (CDNX:BFG), provider of the premier Internet-based tee-time reservation system to the golf industry, will become the company's exclusive Internet tee-time provider.

Consequently, Book4golf.com will have exclusive access to Internet bookings for rounds of golf played annually at American Golf's more than 320 U.S. and U.K. golf courses, currently consisting of approximately 14 million rounds annually.
